Boston, State and Dedham Police Search for Armed Bank Robbers Aftr High Speed Chase

On Friday, November 1, 2019, Boston Police Officers, Troopers from the State Police, and Dedham Police Officers searched the Dedham Boston line for multiple armed robbery suspects after a vehicle chase ended in the suspects bailing from the car on foot.

The suspects were reportedly part of an armed robbery attempt near Hyde Park. Immediately after the incident, Boston Police officers spotted a black BMW that appeared to have been involved. They informed State Police, who then took over the chase.

The chase went down Interstate 95, Route 109, and Pine Street until State Police lost sight of the vehicle. Eventually, the car was found abandoned near Violet and Commonwealth Avenue. After the chase concluded, Dedham Police informed residents that they should stay inside through the afternoon. Police had the K-9 unit on scene to assist with the search. There is currently no further information.
