Washington St Stabbing, 04/12/2020

On April 12th, 2020 at approximately 21:50 hours Boston EMS Ambulance 2 and Paramedic 2 Division 1 with Boston Police Officers assigned to area B-2 responded to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Bus stop at 2201 Washington Street in Roxbury for the reports of a man stabbed. First arriving officers located an adult male who was covered in blood and seemingly intoxicated. At first the man was not   cooperative and denied being stabbed. Once the EMTs and Paramedics arrived they examined the man and found a large stab wound to his back and chest. He was quickly treated and transported to a local area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. At this time BPD are still investigating the incident.
