Shots Fired Millet St, 04/26/2020

On April 26th, 2020 at approximately 21:47 hours Boston Police Officers from District B-3 responded to multiple reports of shots fired. Multiple 911 calls as well as a ShotSpotter activation put the shooting in the area of Millet Street and Norwell Street off of Talbot Ave.

After speaking with multiple witnesses and residents, officers were able to locate ballistics evidence in the area of Millet Street and Athelwold Street. At least 10 evidence markers could be seen on the sidewalk and street. At this time there are no known victims.

Even during this pandemic, violence is still an on going issue in this city, rain or shine, night or day. Thankfully the men and women of BPD continue to serve our communities and keep them safe.
