At approximately 01:55 hours yesterday morning a man wasshot in the area of Dudley Street and Dudley Terrace. Boston Police Officers from District B-2 originally began responding to the area for a ShotSpotter activation for over 14 rounds before being updated that a person had been shot.
Boston EMS Ambulance 2 and Paramedic 2 quickly were added to the call and responded to the scene. The man was located near Nonquit Street in a vehicle suffering from what appeared to be multiple gun shot wounds. The man was transported to a local area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives were called to the scene that extended over two plus blocks of Dudley Street. Numerous spent shell casings could be seen laying in the street as well as ballistic damage to a number of vehicles in the area. At this time the investigation is ongoing and there have been no arrests made yet.
