Shots Fired Early Yesterday Morning on American Legion Highway

Shortly before 05:00 hours early yesterday morning, Boston Police Officers from District B-3 responded to the area of American Legion Highway and Blue Hill Ave for a ShotSpotter activation for at least 7 rounds.

When officers arrived on scene they did not locate any victims however they did locate numerous spent shell casings strewn throughout the street as well as bullet fragments in the gas station parking lot. Detectives were called to the scene and the evidence was processed.

At this time no arrests have been made and the investigation is still ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
