16 People and Three Pets Displaced After Fire in Dorchester

Approx 13:19 hours, Boston Fire struck Box 3452, Fuller Street & Clermont Street fro number 110 Fuller Street. First arriving companies reported heavy fire showing from the rear with a second alarm ordered shortly after arrival.

Due to the extensive network of frozen hydrants that needed to be thawed by BFD motor squad personnel, Command quickly ordered a 3rd alarm. Boston EMS was on scene throughout the incident, with only one firefighter transported with minor injuries. 16 people were displaced in the blaze as well as 3 pets.

Massachusetts Red Cross were also on scene to help the displaced victims. At this time the cause of the fire in still under investigation by Boston FIU. Again, thank you to our affiliate Hook & Irons Fire Photography who captured these awesome images of the scene.
