Boston Commons Stabbing Leave Tremont Street Shut Down Overnight

At approximately 21:00 hours yesterday evening, Boston Police Officers from district A-1 on sighted a man suffering from unknown injuries bleeding profusely in the area of Temple Place and Tremont Street near Downtown Crossing in the Boston Commons. The Officers quickly requested Boston EMS to respond to their location, and when EMTs quickly arrived, they confirmed that the man appeared to have been stabbed in the head. Detectives were quickly summoned to the scene where they located a blood trail that span across Tremont Street into the Boston Commons. Miraculously the man is expected to survive his injuries.

Large puddles of blood were seen on the sidewalk where the victim was located. As Detectives processed the scene evidence, markers were seen placed where the man appeared to have run before collapsing. Police told us that no arrests have been made in this incident, and that the investigation is ongoing.
