Car Plows Through Bus Stop in Dorchester

Thursday evening, at approximately 22:00 hours, Boston Police and Boston EMS responded to the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and Harvard Street, in Dorchester for the reports of a motor vehicle accident.

When officers arrived to the scene, they found a white crossover/SUV that had plowed through the sheltered area of a bus stop and continued through the fence behind it before it came to a halt at a brick wall.

Luckily there wasn’t anyone at the bus stop at that time, and there were no major injuries as a result of the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and no charges have been made at this time. No further information.
