At approximately 20:00 hours last night, Massachusetts State Police, Boston Fire, and Boston EMS responded to the area of Morton Street in Jamaica Plain.
Officers arrived to the scene of the crash to find that the vehicle involved had been traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck the right wall causing the vehicle to flip over the median and land on the other side of the road. Miraculously the driver was uninjured despite severe damage to the vehicle.
The driver was thoroughly questioned by Mass State Police, however they were unable to prove that he was intoxicated or under the influence. A black knapsack was found nearby the vehicle containing a large amount of weed, narcotics, and paraphernalia, but they were unable to prove who was the owner. At this time no charges have been file against the operator of the vehicle and no further information is available.
