Sunday morning, at approximately 11:30 hours, Boston Police, Boston Fire, and Boston EMS responded to reports of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Mission Hill.
Units responded to find that a woman had driven up over the sidewalk before crashing her silver minivan into the side of a building, completely totaling the front of the vehicle and deploying both airbags.
Boston Fire and Boston EMS worked to safely extract the woman from the vehicle without causing further injury, and she was transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries. Her condition has been updated as stable, and she is expected to recover. The cause of the crash is unknown and still under investigation. There has been no update on if there will be charges brought as a result of the incident.
