Road Rage Turns into Shoot Out Over Night in Dorchester

At approximately 22:30 hours last night, Boston Police Officers assigned to District C-11 responded to calls for shots fired in the area of Victory Road and Neponset Ave in Dorchester.

Officers arrived on scene and found an adult male victim who reported a road rage iOfficers arrived on scene and found a woman inside a vehicle that had sustained ballistic damage. She was unhurt, and witnesses in the area reported that a verbal altercation had occurred between her and the driver of another vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle proceeded to open fire on the front driver side door before fleeing.

District Detectives processed the scene, however no shell casings were recovered. Luckily there were multiple security cameras in the area that were able to capture the incident. No arrests have been made and a potential suspect description has not been released.
