Victim Crawls for his Life After Being Stabbed Near Dudley Square

Friday night, at approximately 22:00 hours, Boston Police Officers assigned to District B-2 responded to Washington Street, near the liquor store in Dudley Square, for reports of a person stabbed.

The victim was stabbed in the chest and crawled into Castillo Liquors. Upon further investigation, the location of the incident moved to 2371 Washington Street near the Dudley Square Plaza. Blood was found nearby at 2359 Washington Street. Full notes were made due to the severity of the incident, with Crime Scene Response Unit, Homicide Detectives, and District Detectives all arriving on scene to process evidence.

Roughly 30 minutes after the incident was first called in, officers began searching for a suspect who reportedly fled down Malcom X Blvd toward Roxbury Community College. There has been no update on the stab victims condition, other than that he expected to survive.
