FART Rolls in for Full Notes MVA, Man Miraculously Survives

On Friday, August 27 at around 21:00 hours officers from District B-2, Boston Fire, and Boston EMS responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and an SUV on Humboldt Avenue at Seaver Street in Roxbury.

The Fatal Accident Reconstruction Team (FART) was dispatched, and full notes were called given the severity of the motorcycle drivers injuries. He was transported to a local area hospital by Boston EMS.

No arrests or charges were announced. This article was delayed until we could receive an update on the condition of the motorcycle driver. Amazingly, the man survived.

We absolutely attribute this to a speedy response from emergency personnel, Boston’s incredible hospitals, and given that laughter is often called the best medicine, finding out the FART was called in for him hopefully gave him a chuckle.
