At approximately 02:00 hours Boston Police Officers assigned to District D-4 responded to multiple 911 calls for shots fired with possibly people shot in the area of Brookline Ave and Jersey Street outside of Fenway Park. Units converged on the area of the Cask’n Flagon and Game where reports of victims continued to pour in via 911.
When units arrived on scene they located one person who had been shot and was in need of help. Officers requested a push on EMS while rendering life saving aid to the person. Boston EMS quickly arrived on scene and stabilized the victim before they were transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries. A secondary victim self presented at a local hospital also suffering from apparent gun shot wounds.
Both victims are expected to survive at this time. District Detectives were called to the scene and due to the nature of the incident, the Crime Scene Response Unit was also called in to process the scene. At this time no arrests have been made and no suspect information has been released to the public.
