Ballistic Damage Found Blocks Away After Charlestown Shootout

At approximately 18:45 hours on Thursday, December 23, 2021 officers responded to 105 Walford Way in Charlestown for reports of shots fired.

There were believed to be seventeen rounds discharged. One bullet from the incident traveled 845ft, striking a vehicle. We have included a diagram to show the incredible distance the bullet traveled.

Detectives retrieved ballistic evidence while processing the scene, and are continuing to investigate the incident. No victims were thankfully located from the incident. No further information has been released at this time.
