Possible Targeted Attack Leaves House and Car Riddled With Bullets Sunday Morning

Shortly before 02:00 hours on Sunday morning, Boston Police Officers from District E-18 responded to calls for shots fired in the area of Richmere Road in Mattapan.

When Officers arrived on scene, they located numerous spent shell casings in the street, but luckily no victim. A vehicle parked in front of the 44 was struck multiple times as well as the front door and side of the residence. According to radio traffic one of the males who lived at number 44 was well known to police and is most likely the target of the shooting.

Detectives were called to the scene and the ballistics and damage were processed and collected. At this time, no arrests have been made.
