Kidnapping Mother Located As Boston Police Assist Cambridge Police in Executing Arrest Warrant

On Friday January 14, 2022 officers from Cambridge Police Department were escorted by Boston Police to 240 Mount Vernon Street, the DoubleTree Bayside, to execute an arrest warrant.

Court records obtained by Live Boston indicate Cambridge Police Department received a call from the Department of Children and Families, whom were looking for a mother and her five month old child.

After attempting to reach the mother, who had been identified as Brianna Todd, by phone, she stated she would not comply and planned on fleeing the state, as DCF had been awarded custody of the five month old.

Brianna had previously disclosed a false address to her probation officer, and the address she listed did not exist. She was taken in to custody without incident.
