At approximately 01:30 hours overnight Officers from District D-4 responded to 911 calls from BMC Security for a male party smashing property and setting fires throughout the South End hospital campus. Boston Police and Boston Fire located two different locations where fires had been set and luckily only minor damage was caused.
After speaking with the 911 caller, officers were able to identify a suspect which they stopped almost immediately after the second fire in the area of the Boston Medical Center Emergency Department. The suspect has been identified as a homeless man Curtis Holloway. When officers arrested the man he did attempt to struggle and free however officers expertly were able to subdue him with out any major incident.
