Person Stabbed Just Feet Away From BMC Ambulance Bay

This morning, Friday March 18, 2022 at approximately 01:00 hours, officers from District D4 responded to the area of Albany Street for reports of a person stabbed.

The victim was quickly located directly across from the ambulance bay of Boston Medical Center. A secured crime scene was established, with District 4 detectives responding and processing evidence.

A suspect description was given by the Boston Public Health Commission Police, and it is believed the suspect may have also been stabbed. The circumstances of this incident are actively being investigated.

The victim sustained serious injuries, but at this time is expected to survive. No arrests have been made at the time of publication, and no further information has become available.
