Shots Fired in Dudley During Moped Shootout

Saturday night at approximately 22:15 hours, Boston Police Officers from District B-2 along with Transit Police Officers responded to the Dudley Triangle for reports of shots fired.

Officers arrived and located no victims or suspects in the immediate area and began to investigate, canvassing for witnesses and evidence. Numerous rounds were reported via ShotSpotter and 911 calls.

Witness reported that two mopeds had gotten into a shootout before fleeing down a side street. At least 9 spent shell casings were located in the area and ballistic damage to a building in the area was located. District B-2 Detectives were called in to photograph and process evidence.
