BPD Officers Arrest Suspect Following Recovery of Loaded Firearm and Drugs During Investigation in Roxbury

At about 2:40 PM on Tuesday February 1, 2022, members of the BPD Youth Violence Strike Force arrested Felix Santos-Ejiogu, 21, of Roxbury on firearm and drug related charges during an investigation in the area of 26 Atkinson Street in Roxbury. The suspect was placed in custody following a brief foot pursuit at which time officers recovered a loaded 9mm Glock 45 handgun along with 66 small plastic bags of heroin with an approximate total weight of 33 grams as well as 15 small plastic bags of crack cocaine weighing about 13 grams.

The suspect will appear in Roxbury District Court on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Carrying a Loaded Firearm, Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Trafficking Class A Drugs an Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drugs.
