Shortly after 17:45 hours yesterday Boston Fire and Boston EMS responded to 33 Kennebec Street in Mattapan for calls of a person pinned under a fallen tree. A full tech-rescue response was dispatched by Boston Fire with apparatus from across the city racing to the location.
When first responders arrived on scene they located an adult male who was pinned and injured under a fallen tree. Firefighters quickly went to work and freed the man who was then attended to by EMTs and Paramedics from Boston EMS.
The man was then transferred by ambulance to a local area hospital to receive further treatment for his injuries.
