Stabbing Victim Crashes While Trying to Get to BMC ER

At about 19:00 hours yesterday, Boston Police Department Unit B-2 and EMS responded to a call for an alleged stabbing victim inside of a vehicle in the area of Norfolk Ave and Gerard Street.

The victim fled from the original scene where they were stabbed and then crashed on Gerard Street near Norfolk Ave while on the way to the emergency room. Boston EMTs treated and transported the individual to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Police then quickly secured the scene following the accident, with District Detectives responding to take pictures and collect evidence for further analysis.

Luckily, the victim is expected to survive and Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident. At this time, no arrests have been made and the investigation is still ongoing.
