Person Shot Multiple Times Tuesday Morning in Dorchester

On Tuesday, July 19th at approximately 01:00 hours, Boston Police Officers from District B-3 along with Boston EMS responded to the area of 9 Winston Road in Dorchester for a call reporting a person shot.

First arriving officers located an adult male victim with multiple gun shot wounds. He was rushed by Boston EMS to a nearby trauma center for further care.

Currently, it is believed at this time that the victim is expected to survive even with the serious nature of the injuries. At this time no arrests have been made and no further information has been made public.
