On Tuesday, July 19th, Boston Police Officers from District C-6 along with Boston EMS Paramedics and EMTs responded to the area of the South Hampton Street Shelter on Methadone Mile.
When responders arrived on scene they located an adult male subject suffering from multiple stab wounds including to his head and back. EMS quickly transported him to a local area hospital with serious injuries. At this time he is expected to survive.
Officers and District Detectives processed the scene and spoke with witnesses. The victim was reported to have been non-compliant and rude with the responders. At this time no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
