Officers Assigned to the Drug Control Unit Arrest male on Firearm and Drug Charges in Hyde Park

On Wednesday, August 3, 2022, members of the C6 Drug Control Unit, with the assistance of the D4 Drug Control Unit, conducted an investigation targeting the sale of narcotics and arrested Gabriel Graham, 24, of Stoughton, on drug and firearm charges in the area of Harvard Street and Everett Street in Hyde Park.

As part of this investigation, Officers determined that a male, later identified as Graham, was involved in narcotics distribution. Officers were able to locate Graham in the area of Harvard Street and made several observations that led them to believe that he was involved in the distribution of illicit narcotics.

Officers approached Graham, identified themselves as Boston Police, and advised Graham that he was being placed under arrest for drug distribution. During a search incident to arrest, Officers recovered a quantity of U.S Currency, a loaded firearm, approximately five (5) grams of fentanyl, and a quantity of crack cocaine. A subsequent search at Graham’s residence led to the recovery of additional ammunition. The firearm recovered was determined to be a Glock 17 loaded with five (5) rounds in the magazine and one (1) round in the chamber.

GRAHAM is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Unlawful possession of ammunition, and Distribution of Class A and Class B Drugs.
