Boston Police Investigating Shots Fired on Brookford Street in Roxbury

On Thursday, August 25th, Boston Police Officers from District B-2 responded to a ShotSpotter activation for 6 rounds in the area of Brookford Street in Roxbury. When officers arrived on scene they immediately began to canvas the area for victims, ballistic evidence and witness.

Officers did eventually located numerous spent shell casings and District B-2 Detectives were called in to process the scene. Investigators could be seen marking, photographing, and collecting the ballistics as well as speaking to witness on scene.
