Hit and Run in Jamaica Plain Leaves Man Hospitalized Sunday

At approximately 00:45 hours on Sunday, August 28, 2022, Boston EMS, Boston Fire, and Boston Police officers from District E-13 responded to a 911 call about a pedestrian injured in a hit and run. When first responders arrived on scene, there was an adult male suffering from multiple impact injuries including a broken leg.

He was treated and transported by EMTs to a local area hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery. Boston Police officers from District E-13 are continuing to review the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. At this time, no arrests have been made and there is no further information available.
