Repeat Firearm Offender Arrested by Gang Unit Yet Again for Another Illegal Gun

At about 1:53 AM, on Saturday, July 23, 2022, officers assigned to the Youth Violence Strike Force conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of 514 Parker Street in Roxbury, resulting in the firearm arrest of, Livingston Walker, 27, of Boston.

Officers were patrolling the area investigating a call for shots fired when they observed a motor vehicle traveling at a speed greater than reasonable. Officers activated their emergency lights and sirens to safely stop the motor vehicle. As a result of the traffic stop, officers recovered a Glock 30S .45 Caliber, loaded with one round in the chamber and thirteen rounds in the magazine.

Livingston Walker was arrested and charged with; Unlawfully Carrying a Loaded Firearm 3rd Offense, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition Subsequent Offense, and Unlawful Possession of a High Capacity Feeding Device. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.

This is not Mr. Walkers first run in with Boston Police either. He has at least two convictions for firearm offenses from Suffolk Superior Court from 2013 and 20015. Additionally, a records search shows that he was arrested by BPD Gang Unit Officers on gun charges in 2014 after a foot chase through Dorchester.
