Man Stabbed Near Savin Hill MBTA Station

On September 7, 2022, at approximately 23:30 hours, Boston EMS and Boston Police officers assigned to District C-11 responded to a 911 call reporting a stabbing at the Savin Hill train station in Dorchester.

When first responders arrived on the scene, they immediately began canvassing the area for evidence, victims, and witnesses. There was one man who had apparent stab wounds, who, according to witnesses, walked into the station already injured.

Boston EMTs quickly loaded the man into an ambulance to take him to a local area hospital to receive treatment. The man’s wounds were not serious and non-life threatening, and he is expected to fully recover.

Police are still investigating this incident and there is currently no further information. Detectives from District C-11 are actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Any individuals with information can contact District C-11 Detectives at 617-343-4335.
