On Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at approximately 10:16 hours, Boston EMTs and Boston Police officers assigned to District C-6 responded to a 911 call claiming that a man had been stabbed in Southampton.
Upon arriving at the scene, first responders quickly confirmed that there was one male victim of the stabbing who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. EMTs applied a tourniquet to the wound to slow the bleeding, and loaded the victim into an ambulance to receive treatment at a local hospital.
Police officers began canvassing the area for evidence and witnesses. They decided to check security cameras on surrounding buildings to see if the suspect’s face was visible. Witnesses claim that the suspect involved had been seen around the area frequently, and that he had fled on foot toward Magnolia Street. No arrests have been made.
