On Saturday, September 24, 2022, at approximately 22:15 hours, Boston EMTs, Boston firefighters, and Boston Police officers assigned to District B-2 received a 911 call reporting that a vehicle had crashed and rolled over near the Boston Housing Authority building in the area of Blue Hill Ave.

When first responders arrived at the scene of the accident, their first priority was making sure the people involved were safe and not trapped inside the vehicle. The one driver involved was safely out of the car, but sustained minor injuries during the crash. Boston EMTs quickly loaded him into an ambulance so he could receive treatment at a local hospital.

Police swiftly began investigating the cause of the accident. They received reports that a second vehicle was involved, but they did not locate another car near the scene.

Late into the night, responders were able to clear the crash. Luckily, there were no serious injuries resulting from the accident.
