Yesterday, Boston Police responded to 838 East Broadway, Apartment 3 in South Boston for a 911 caller who reported that they had found at least one dead baby, possibly a fetus frozen in the freezer of the unit. Police yesterday said in a statement confirmed they located the remains of at least one.
Shortly before 15:00 hours today, Friday November 18, 2022, Boston Police Media Relations put out another vague and eery press release that left more questions than answers. The release updated that:
“On Friday, November 18, 2022, homicide detectives located what appears to be additional human remains, which were removed by personnel from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for further investigation. Boston Police Homicide Detectives along with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate this incident. “
“We don’t anticipate any additional information at this time. Please monitor BPDnews.com for updates on this incident.”
Sources we spoke to that are close to the investigation tell us that it is too soon to tell how many different babies or fetus were located and it will be a lengthy and burdensome task for staff at the medical examiners office to determine the age, identification and cause of death for each of the remains.
As for now investigators and the District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate this horrific discovery and they ‘strongly’ urge anyone with information is strongly urged to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
