At about 1:53 PM on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, officers assigned to the BPD Fugitive Unit arrested 56-year-old Everett Clayton in the area of 720 Albany Street in Boston. At the time of his arrest, the suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant sought out of the Montgomery County Courthouse of Pennsylvania on charges of Negligent Manslaughter-Vehicle (Full Extradition Out of State Felony Warrant, issued October 28, 2022).

The warrant was granted following an investigation conducted by the Lower Providence Township (PA) Police Department after an adult female victim was killed during a two-car motor vehicle crash on Thursday, August 25, 2022. The 31-year-old victim was 8 months pregnant at the time of the incident. The unborn child did not survive.

The suspect will be charged in Roxbury District Court as a Fugitive from Justice before facing extradition back to Montgomery County.
