As C-11 officers spread themselves out to cover more ground, they located the initial scene outside a local laundromat, with a third car also struck by gunfire. Luckily, no one at this location had been injured.

At the Fire Department scene, Boston EMS quickly arrived and began to treat the teenage victim who had been shot in the chest. He was then transported to a local area hospital where his injuries are described as serious but non-life-threatening. He is expected to survive.
