At approximately 16:00 hours on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, officers assigned to District B-2 stopped Travon Brown, 35, of Dorchester, following a Boston Police Undercover Buy See. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Brown at Geneva Avenue and Waldeck Street.
Brown was subsequently arrested and a search warrant on his body, car and property was conducted by the C-11 Drug Control Unit and assisted by the E-13 Drug Control Unit. Items seized during these searches included 36 grams of crack cocaine, a pound and a half of class D marijuana, and $10,772 in US currency.
While executing the search at the home, officers discovered a firearm in the home, later determined to belong to resident Christopher Scott.
