MBTA Transit Police are seeking information on a man who punched a 62-year-old woman at Downtown Crossing around 14:00 hours on the 7th. The woman simply said “excuse me” as she passed by the man on the concourse and was met with a closed fist punch.
Police confirm that the assault occurred “without provocation or warning.” Officials are looking to identify him based on surveillance footage. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 617-222-1050.
