Boston Fire Extinguished Basement Fire Sunday Morning

A basement fire broke out at 427 Lagrange St in Boston at 11:45 am Sunday morning, May 7th 2023. The Boston Fire Department quickly responded to the scene, with 2 lines in operation, and reported no injuries.

Thanks to the quick actions of the firefighters, the fire was brought under control in a matter of minutes with a quick knockdown. Primary and secondary searches of the building were negative, and the damage was minimized to the house.

The Boston Fire Department utilized a thermal drone to help locate any hotspots and ensure that the fire was completely extinguished. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, but the swift response of the Boston Fire Department ensured that the situation was quickly contained, with no injuries or significant damage reported.
